Granola for Breakfast
I love granola for breakfast! Do you have your favorite brand of granola? I love Kind granola and Nature’s place granola with almond milk and raspberries. Granola is good for you as long as you buy a granola that is NOT high in sugar. Granola contains oats that provide fiber and iron and nuts and seeds add healthy unsaturated fats and some protein. If you prefer cow’s milk, drink whole milk. When you drink low fat or nonfat, you are replacing the fat with artificial preservatives. Everything in moderation!
