Berry Oatmeal Detox Smoothie
As a mom of two children under the age or two. I do not have much time to sit down and eat. This smoothie is quick and easy to make. I got this recipe from bembu.com They call it the All-About-the-Berries Smoothie. I make mine a little different depending on what we have in the refrigerator. It is only four ingredients!
- 1 1/2 cups of berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, and Blackberries
- 1/2 of coconut or almond milk
- 1 cup of water
- 1/8 cup gluten free rolled oats
Not only is this shake filling, it also tastes pretty good! I usually use Almond milk but Coconut milk works too. In the picture below, I used only raspberries. This is my official oatmeal on the go smoothie! Yum!
