Apple Cider Vinegar Detox
Regardless of whether you are detoxing to lose weight or just trying to ease your digestion, this drink is what I choose. In fact, I drank this after having both my babies and it has help me to lose that baby weight! It is four simple ingredients.
- 1/2 of a lemon squeezed
- 6 ounces of water
- 2 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
- a pinch (or two) of McCormick’s ground cayenne pepper
Does it taste very good?? No, but it will help get rid of that stubborn belly fat. And for us gluten free, sensitive tummy folks, it will calm our tummies fast! I drink this every morning and sometimes in the evening. It helps balance blood sugar and increases your metabolism. I have referenced two articles below that can provide more information.
